Its very stony vineyard, composed of clay, silt and limestone, stretches at the foot of the foothills of the Alpilles massif from where the ruins of the castle can be seen to the south.
This is an ideal terroir for a Grand Vin. The grape varieties for the Grand Vin Rosé - Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon and Counoise - ; for the Grand Vin Blanc - Rolle, Roussanne, Grenache blanc and Clairette -, express concentration, complexity and finesse. Their wines are matured in stainless steel tanks in the heart of the underground cathedral, on fine lees (rosés) or on the totality of the lees (whites) for six months with a stirring operation.

The color is pale pink with grayish nuances and a beautiful brilliance.
The nose is flattering and very expressive, with toasty notes.
The attack is lively, expressing freshness and minerality.
The palate is full-bodied, revealing citrus and red fruit aromas. The finish is elegant, with good length.
