Its very stony vineyard, composed of clay, silt and limestone, stretches at the foot of the foothills of the Alpilles massif from where the ruins of the castle can be seen to the south. This is an ideal terroir for a Grand Vin. The grape varieties for the Grand Vin Rosé - Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Counoise - express concentration, complexity and finesse. The wines are matured in stainless steel vats, on fine lees for five months with stirring.
